Paul Flatman LTD is an EC licensed poultry processing plant situated near Colchester in Essex, England. The company was first established in 1963 and now processes 80 / 90 thousand birds a week, employing 40 factory staff and a further ten workers on farms.   Birds are collected from various farms on the company's own transport, of which there are six trucks. A company within the same group, Beckenvale LTD, who deliver direct to restaurants, acts as a distribution centre for the company and has its own EC licensed cutting facilities for further processing of chickens.
